Delete your Altum Phone account

You can delete your Altum Phone account at any time.

Option 1 — In the app: open the More tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email: send a request from your work email to admin@altumautomations.io with the subject "Delete my Altum Phone account". We verify the request against the account's email address and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted: your sign-in, your access to every business you worked for, your device's push and calling registration, and your personal contact details (name, email address, phone number).

What is kept: business records created during your work — call and message logs, recordings, transcripts, appointments, and lead notes — belong to your employer and are retained by them under their own retention practices. Your work email may remain on those records for attribution, shown as an anonymized name.
